Terms & Conditions


Sales/payment:


A. Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our quotations we do reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before work commences and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

B. we offer appointments on your request and endeavour to find a suitable time slot. for unforeseen circumstances we do how ever hold the right to cancel or change appointments.

C. verbal quotations are only an estimate, all written quotations remain the same, but will change if other work is required, over and above the quotation. and this will be approved by the customer before work is carried out.


Payment:

A. We prefer payment of BACS but we also accept cheque's & cash. All goods remain the property of  Andrew Allen LTD. until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim any goods that have not been fully paid for or on any outstanding invoices.

B. Payment is due on all invoices on the day works or done or with in 14 days after the date of our invoice by BAC payment, details are at the bottom of the invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 3%  above TSB bank charges both before and after judgment.


Value Added Taxes:

A.  All our quotations exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

B.  Our VAT registration number is 898 8878 07


Privacy:

A.  We collect information given at the time of your order and because we know how annoying junk mail is, we promise not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party.

B.  We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many other Web sites, we use what are called "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide features such as a personalized greeting.

C.  We aim to offer a superior service at the best price possible, to do so we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.

D.  All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

E.  If you wish to opt out of any marketing please email your details to enquiries@andrewallenheating.com

F. We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on you for a fee of £10.00; to do so we will require significant proof of identification. In        accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 30 days of required level of identification.


Fault and Returns policy:

We offer a 30 day recall on any servicing or parts that become a problem.


Complaints:

Please contact enquiries@andrewallanheating.com   for any formal complaints by phone or email which we will deal with as quickly as possible and endeavour to rectify any problems we can.


General:

a. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

b. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
